Wheels to Work is a transportation assistance program designed to support income eligible households in acquiring safe, reliable transportation so adults may get to and from work. The program helps low-income working adults maintain employment by offering financial assistance for vehicle repairs and general financial management skills.

To qualify for Wheels to Work assistance, you must:

  • Be a resident of Otsego County, New York.
  • Demonstrate the need for transportation assistance in order to remain employed
  • Meet TANF services income eligibility AND
  • Have a minor child living in the household or Be the non-custodial parent of a minor child or a Relative caring for a minor child.

Services are provided first-accepted, first-served.
