Upcoming Events

04.28.2018 -  Community Baby Shower: Join Building Healthy Families for their 6th annual Community Baby Shower, where parents of young children can get information on pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, fatherhood, babies, & beyond by talking to community providers and participating in mini-classes.  Door prizes and games galore. The event runs from 9:00AM until Noon at FoxCare Center in Oneonta

04.30.18 - Navigator Training: This training is open to community members who were unable to attend the April 10th event. This training provides community volunteers, known as Navigators, with a foundation for understanding poverty and strategies to help Neighbors break through the "iron cage" of poverty and move forward. At this time we are only training volunteers who are willing to be paired with a Neighbor and can attend the Opportunity Conference. Training will be held from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Opportunities for Otsego's main office. To participate, email Autumn.

05.12.18 - Opportunity Conference: This inspiring event is the start of the journey where Navigators and Neighbors meet one another.  For more information visit our Opportunity Community page.
