11.11.2025 - Veterans Day: Agency offices will be closed in recognition of the holiday. The Emergency Housing and Violence Intervention Program 24-hour hotlines and shelters will still be accessible to those in need.

11.17.2025 - 11.21.2025 - "Awareness to Action" Food Drive: OFO will be hosting a food drive coinciding with National Hunger & Homelessness Week.  Help OFO bridge the gap for families until they can access community pantries or feeding programs. Non-perishable food may be dropped off at 3 West Broadway in Oneonta or make a donation.

What's Happening...

NOW ENROLLING! Head Start is enrolling for the 2025-2026 program year. Children must turn three years old by December 1st begin in a Head Start classrooms in the Fall.  Support is also offered to prenatal mothers and children up to three years old through Early Head Start.
