NOW OPEN! - Emergency Rental Assistance: New York State is providing significant rental and utility assistance for eligible households who fell behind on payments due to COVID-19. Persons needing help should apply ASAP as funding is statewide and expected to be very competitive. Get more information and apply through the online portal.

Now Enrolling! Head Start is now enrolling for 2021-2022 program year. To enroll children must be three years old by December 1, 2021. Head Start also provides support to prenatal mothers and children up to three years old through Early Head Start. Apply online, or for more information call 607.433.8055 or visit our Eligibility page.


Eviction Moratorium Still In Effect: Tenants facing eviction should fill out a Declaration of Hardship form and submit it to their landlord ASAP to have protections from eviction through August 31, 2021. Tenants who are: (a) experiencing financial hardships and/or (b) would be at high-risk for severe illness/death from COVID-19 if forced to move must fill out a hardship form and give it to their landlord to be protected.
