The HOME program is 80% of the area median income and the AHC Home Improvement program is 112% of the area median income. Based on these income guidelines and other eligibility factors, OFO/The City of Oneonta will determine which program best fits your household situation. The chart is to help potential applicants decide if they initially qualify for assistance.
